Dbl. Choc. Protein Shake made with Thorne's Whey Protein |
I long ago came
up with a whey (pun intended) to marry my love of chocolate to my morning
protein shake. By itself, this shake is
packed with nutrients, healthy fat, fiber, quality protein and
greens (you won’t even taste those, I promise.) But once you add this cocoa powder…voila! ¡C’est la magie! (it's magic.)

Honestly? I never get tired of this shake. The Valrhona chocolate powder just takes it
to a whole other level (available at Whole Foods.) You can find the other ingredients in my online store. Try it! And let me know what you think. It's the perfect no-time-for-breakfast meal.
